1. Take time to breathe and re-set

    12graceysmallDarlings, you may be sick of everyone from your mother to your yoga teacher telling you to breathe, but try it. When things get tense, hectic, or stressful, stop and breathe. Take a minute to “re-set.” Relax your shoulders, unclench your teeth, and stretch.  Make it habit and you will find your focus is better. When you feel overwhelmed take a few minutes to make a list. Listing tasks actually helps your mind to reorganize and work more clearly. 

    Life is short, make it sweet. Take time to breathe.
