Tasty homemade low-cal salad dressing

A big salad full of vegetables is a great way to eat healthfully, unless you drown it in fat-laden high-calorie extras. So instead of using  bottled dressings or icky prepared diet dressings, try our two delicious vinaigrettes and enjoy fresh low-calorie eating all summer long.  

The addition of a natural a no-calorie sweeter and Dijon mustard allow you to use less oil and still enjoy a smooth taste.
 
Red wine low-cal vinaigrette
Place in an attractive jar:
2/3 cup of good red wine vinegar
3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 pkg. of Stevia Extract in The Raw (a natural no calorie sweetener) or a no-calorie sweetener of your choice
2 cloves of peeled crushed garlic
Shake until well blended
 
Asian lo-cal vinaigrette
Place in an attractive jar:
2/3 cup seasoned sushi or rice vinegar
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. good olive oil
½ to1 tsp. cayenne peppers
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1pkg. of Stevia Extract in The Raw (a natural no calorie sweetener) or no-calorie sweetener of your choice
2 cloves of peeled crushed garlic
Shake until well blended
