Kiros’s books reflect her rich family background, which she generously shares, along with her detailed, but accessible recipes. The daughter of a Finnish mother and Greek-Cypriot father, Kiros comes by her knowledge and love of Greek cuisine first hand.  

Food from Many Greek Kitchens includes classic dishes such as the popular cucumber yogurt and garlic dip Tzatziki,and cheese and spinach pies called spanokopita, well as more unique fish and bakes dishes. The book is perfect for summer, with the Greek fondness for fresh, grilled foods.
