Small indulgences

There is nothing like spa treatment to refresh your look and pick up your sprit. Anne Gravel and I love these Me-time-treats by Montagne Jeunesse. I have used them for years!

These single packet beauty treatments are inexpensive, yet they are packed with high-quality natural ingredients.

Me-time-treats byMontagne Jeunesse are designed as a single treatment, but there is enough in one packet to share with a friend or daughter. I often use my favourite Cream and Honey Skin Polisher for a whole weekend. I just stash the open packet in a plastic Ziploc to keep it from drying out. I love this vanilla and almond scented masque. First you scrub with the delicate Jojoba beads, then let the cocoa and shea butter dry into a mask. It’s as delicious as it sounds.

There are delicious foot scrubs you can indulge in to refresh your tired feet. Or add one to your home pedicure routine. They are as luxe as anything you will find at a five-star spa. The Watermelon and Balm Mint Foot Scrub has the refreshing smell of mint and watermelon. It’s packed with exfoliating beads that remove dry skin and will soften rough areas.

There are more than 50 different beauty treats in the line. Montagne Jeunesse is sold at most drug, department, and big-box stores. The packets cost between $1 and $2 each.

If you know your mom loves spa treats but never treats herself, think about filling a basket with Me-time treats. Maybe add a bath pillow, foot scrubber, and other pampering items. Spa-lovers will swoon!
