Healthful habits

She shot to fame in a bikini and stayed fab with healthful habitsThey say it takes at least a month to make something new a habit. When it comes to kicking a bad habit like smoking, it may take years before some people are in the clear. I quit cold turkey. I did not gain weight, but I was told I was unusual. I walked a lot, did not tell anyone I was quitting, and drank a lotof cold water. I am also a very stubborn woman. It helps. Exercise is harder for me until I find my rhythm and routine in a new place, then it becomes the same thing: a habit.

 
Find your motivation darlings, that thing that compels you — and then do it. Start today. Exercise is not optional. It is essential and it works – so make it a habit.
