Keeping salad low-cal with a tasty dressing

The addition of natural no-calorie sweeter and Dijon mustard allows you to use less oil and still enjoy a smooth taste.

 
Red wine lo-cal vinaigrette
Place in an attractive jar
2/3 cup of good red wine vinegar
3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 pkg. of Stevia Extract In The Raw (natural no calorie sweetener) or a no-calorie sweetener of your choice.
2 cloves of peeled crushed garlic
Shake until well blended
 
Asian lo-cal vinaigrette
Place in an attractive jar
2/3 cup seasoned sushi or rice vinegar
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tsp good olive oil
½ -1tsp cayenne peppers
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1pkg. of Stevia Extract In The Raw (natural no calorie sweetener) or no-calorie sweetener of your choice
2 cloves of peeled crushed garlic
Shake until well blended
