There are mouth-watering grilled vegetable recipes as well as classic meat, chicken, and fish dishes. There is even a grilled banana split!

 
This book would be great to keep beside your own grill, or to bring to a young hostess with a bottle of wine this summer. I also enjoyed the luscious photography and beautiful design that have become hallmarks of all Sur la Table books.
