“Eight oils” for softer skin

eight_tangerine_Beauty oils are the hottest thing in skin care. Eight Skincare line is made with Aloe Vera and 7 different oils that include Argan Oil, Monoi Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, Vitamin E Oil, Jojoba Oil, Avocado Oil, and Apricot Kernel Oil.

Eight Skincare’s founder Vicki Weaver-Payne was inspired by her mother Wanda.  She remembers her mother cooking up the original lotion that contained eight natural oils in gallon batches in the kitchen sink.   Eight Skincare is now a bath and body line that is available in three scents, Ginger Lime, Lavender, and Tangerine.

I love beauty oils. I use face and body oil daily. I tired Body Softening Oil Lavender. I like that you can spray the oil, which makes it perfect for busy mornings. It also makes it easier apply to hard-to-reach areas, such as your back. Eight Body Softening Oil is very light and takes some time to absorb. Even spraying it very lightly, and I usually have to rub it in. The oil contains the line’s core oils and safflower oil, as well as lavender as well as a few other oils. This is a very nice body oil. One four-ounce spray bottle costs $22.

Eight Skincare is paraben free. It is not tested on animals or uses animal-sourced ingredients.

I also tried the Hand Créme Tangerine. It smells fresh and feels great.  It absorbs quickly and leaves hands soft. One four-ounce tube costs $18.

If you are looking for a line that contains pure oils with no silicones or animal products, Eight Skincare is definitely one to try.
