My mouth watered as I read her directions for eggplant parmesan and her famous moist lemon cake. The book is full of detailed instructions that will please the beginner as well as more experienced cooks. It will allow anyone to prepare glorious Italian food! I especially appreciated the step-by-step photos of tricky procedures, such as deep-fat and pan frying.
