1. Spring fling

    Spring is finally here! It is the perfect time to have a fling—with something new.

    Try a new look or exercise routine, Mix things up. It doesn’t have to be drastic but it should be a change. If you always wear black why not try adding a trendy print to your look or bright yellow dress or jacket? If you are doing the same mindless plod at gym maybe it is time to try a class in yoga or Pilates. The point is the old proverb “a change is as good as a rest” is often true. A change or quick fling with something new can leave you feeling renewed. Try it – drink tea instead of coffee, get up earlier and go to sleep and dream. Just take a fling a doing things you don’t usually do.

    Take time to enjoy the sweetness in life.
